| RoHS 3 compliance information is available on our detailed part pages and individual part datasheets for each of our products. Any part indicated as compliant contains less than the maximum concentration values given by the EU RoHS directive. |
| REACH |

| MPD is principally a supplier of products which do not require registration under REACH. We have contacted suppliers to be sure that all registration and reporting requirements will be met within the appointed time frame under EU law. |
| SVHCs |

| MPD's products normally do not contain the substances identified under REACH. We affirm that our products are below 0.1% of weight for substances of very high concern (SVCHs) identified by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). |
| WEEE |

| MPD, as a supplier of interconnects, does not qualify as a manufacturer under WEEE. |
| Country of Origin |

| With few exceptions, almost all of MPD's products are produced in China. The COO for each of our products is listed on the detailed part page for each of our products. |
| Conflict Minerals |

| MPD has exercised due diligence as to the source and chain of custody of metals such as gold, tantalum, tin, and tungsten used in our products. MPD conducts periodic reviews with our vendors to ensure that they are in compliance with this policy and that our products are free of conflict metals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. |
